For everyone at Bodegas Almanseñas, the grape harvest is almost a ritual. The grapes, our raw product, are harvested very carefully by hand. Our philosophy is based on the search for a balanced wine, starting with the vines in their natural habitat, meaning that the start of the harvest is always dictated by the optimum ripeness of the grapes.
